About The Greatest Gift Catalog Ever

Our History

How would you answer the question "What would you like for the holidays?" A teddy bear? A skateboard? A new dress? A DVD of Seinfeld Season 4? For Heather and Elliot Goldman, the best gift is a gift to a worthy charity. That sentiment was the catalyst for a great idea: The Greatest Gift Catalog Ever

Founded in 2008 by the Goldmans, as a way to support local charities in the Fort Worth area, the catalog shared the missions of 11 worthy causes and raised donations throughout the holiday season.  Over the years, The Greatest Gift Catalog Ever has supported 100 local nonprofits raising $1 million in gifts and matching funds, creating a large supportive and collaborative community for charities in our neighborhoods. Today the catalog has grown and welcomes between 20 and 26 local nonprofits into the catalog each year, spreading their messages on local news stations, radio stations, doctors offices, and beyond.

From day one, Heather and Elliot's mission has been to create the best giving opportunity for the community and bolster the visibility and accessibility  of local charities around the holiday season. Creating a catalog like any other holiday toy catalog ended up being a great way to make a difference.

Welcome to The Greatest Gift Catalog Ever!
